Charger Logistics Inc. in Querétaro is seeking a Customer Service Associate to learn our products and services, and to engage customers in a professional manner to build lasting relationships.

The role requires English fluency and will support order intake and tracking during business hours. You will provide shipment tracking updates, coordinate with drivers and other departments, and ensure pickups and deliveries are scheduled and confirmed, while processing orders and maintaining strong

Formación

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Currently pursuing a University Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong time-management with ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software.
• Prior customer service or logistics internship/experience is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Build expert and dynamic knowledge of company products and services.
• Build rapport with customers in a friendly, professional manner to foster long-term relationships.
• Provide track and trace updates for shipments.
• Keep customers updated on order status and resolve freight issues.
• Enter, update, and process customer orders on various interfaces.
• Ensure and confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
• Coordinate with other departments to clear customs paperwork.
• Follow established procedures for processing bills.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our Customer Service Department based out of Querétaro, Querétaro.

** English fluency is a must **
Monday to Friday 07:00 am to 01:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Build expert and dynamic knowledge of company products and services.
• Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to build a lasting relationship.
• Provide track and trace updates for the shipments.
• Continually update customers as to the status of each order as required and solve customer-specific freight issues.
• Entering, updating and processing customer orders on various interfaces.
• Ensure & confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
• Coordinating with other departments to clear customs paperwork.
• Follow established procedures for processing bills.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

• Currently pursuing a University Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous internship, academic project, customer service, or logistics experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escape tactfully.
• Strong time-management with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a must
