ITT Inc. in Nogales, Sonora is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to blend strategic customer service with sales responsibilities for key accounts. You will handle quotes, orders, and CRM workflows, while supporting account managers to hit quarterly targets.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in manufacturing customer service, ERP experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Bilingual English-Spanish is highly valued for cross-border collaboration.

Formación

• Five (5) years prior customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
• ERP knowledge and experience; focused on sales and distribution module.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint required.
• Excellent customer service, problem solving and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Management of Customer’s Portal (Quotes and Orders).
• Track and manage contacts and opportunities within CRM SalesForce.
• Quote/SPA entry and quote responses; daily follow-up.
• Strategically manage customer PO from order entry to shipment.
• Coordinate RMAs and ensure SCAR responses meet deadlines.
• Develop relationships with customers and respond to questions efficiently.
