ITT Inc. in Nogales, MX, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support strategic accounts, manage quotes and orders, and drive customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with the Strategic Sales and Regional Managers on leads and demand analysis, while maintaining CRM data and ensuring timely responses. The role requires 5 years of manufacturing customer service experience, ERP proficiency, and strong English-Spanish communication.

Formación

• Five years of prior customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
• ERP knowledge and experience; focused on the sales and distribution module.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent customer service, problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Effective communication and written skills.
• Detail oriented with high accuracy; able to multitask under pressure.
• 90% bilingual – English and Spanish, fluently spoken and well written.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer portal with quotes and orders.
• Track and analyze monthly supplier reports.
• Maintain CRM data for contacts and opportunities.
• Enter quotes/SPA and respond to quote inquiries.
• Follow up daily on quotes and capture win/lose feedback.
• Coordinate POs from order entry to shipment.
• Handle returns, shipping inquiries, and order status questions.
• Develop relationships with customers and drive new business opportunities.
• Present at customer meetings, trainings, and webinars.
• Participate in sales trainings and certifications.
