Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in Mexico is seeking a Global Process Lead for Opportunity Management & Forecasting. This hybrid role requires you to be on-site an average of two days per week at an HPE office and to collaborate with global teams to drive execution.

You will own the end-to-end strategy, governance, and platforms for Opportunity Management, Pipeline Hygiene, and Forecasting, partnering with Sales, Finance, IT, and leadership to raise forecast accuracy and seller

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, operations, information systems, or related field.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in sales operations, forecasting, CRM, or related functions.
• Proven experience designing, governing, and improving enterprise-wide sales processes and systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across regions and management levels.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the global strategy, future-state vision, and multi-year roadmap for Opportunity Management, Pipeline Hygiene, and Forecasting.
• Serve as end-to-end business process owner, ensuring consistent processes and scalable capabilities.
• Own global policies, forecasting guidelines, and pipeline standards for governance.
• Lead requirements, design, intake, prioritization, and deployment of new capabilities.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, IT, and others to deliver improvements and drive adoption.
• Lead the Global Opportunity Management Council and related forums for transparent decision-making.
• Build consensus across geographies and present executive recommendations and business cases.
• Set direction for Salesforce, Clari, and connected analytics platforms.
• Manage strategic vendors and AI-enabled solutions for integration and deployment.
• Improve forecast accuracy and pipeline health through analytics and monitoring.
• Deliver communications, training, and change management for adoption.
