Job summary

Leggett Dynamics in Silao, MX is seeking an HR Manager to lead the People Excellence strategy at the local site, partnering with management on HR topics, and driving employee engagement in the automotive team.

You will manage HR processes across the employee life cycle, collaborate with unions, support change, and develop leaders while fostering an inclusive culture and workforce development.

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration with focus on human resources or equivalent.
• Certification as a professional coach is a plus.
• 7+ years proven work experience in an industrial & international business environment.
• 5+ years’ experience with Union Negotiation leading Employee Relations with the Government.
• Knowledge of change management, industrial relations and navigating a fast-paced matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Accompany managers and their teams through the entire employee life cycle; plan, coordinate and manage HR processes and employee relations cases.
• Contribute to Global Financial Planning by reviewing salary/headcount data and supporting merit increases.
• Assist managers and employees with day-to-day HR inquiries and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Lead as an integral business partner by implementing people-related priorities aligned with business strategies.
• Promote daily recognition and inclusion, support employee engagement initiatives, and develop leaders.
