Job summary

Leggett Dynamics is seeking an HR Manager for the Automotive team. You will partner with local management to implement People Excellence and drive engagement, performance, and labor relations at the site.

You will lead HR processes across recruitment, performance, compensation and compliance, while collaborating with external legal counsel and corporate teams to ensure labor standards and effective change management.

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration with focus on HR.
• +7 years proven work experience in an industrial & international business environment.
• +5 years’ experience with Union Negotiation leading Employee Relations with the Government.

Responsibilities

• Accompany managers and teams through the entire employee life cycle; plan, coordinate and manage HR processes (e.g. headcount planning, KPI tracking, recruiting) and employee relations cases.
• Contribute to Global Financial Planning by reviewing salary projections and harmonization reports; input for merit increases and standard labor.
• Assist managers and employees with day-to-day HR inquiries and guide on labor regulations in cooperation with external attorneys and Corporate Legal.
• Act as a business partner implementing people-related priorities aligned with strategy and leadership development.
• Promote daily recognition, support employee engagement initiatives, and manage change within a fast-paced matrix environment.
• Identify training needs based on performance management and leadership evaluations.
• Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing workforce and support talent pipeline and succession planning.
• Lead local HR teams to ensure effective execution of processes and initiatives.
