Job summary

Continental is seeking a senior HR/LR professional to develop and deploy labor relations strategies across locations in Mexico. You will advise on negotiations, ensure policy compliance and collaborate with HR managers to maintain workforce relations.

The role requires 5–7 years in HR with a focus on labor and employee relations, plus advanced English. Manufacturing experience is essential, with a strong network-building mindset and ability to engage with local authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Social science, Business, Economics or related field.
• MBA in Human Relations and/or Labor law (Optional).
• 5 to 7 years experience in HR: labor, employee relations.
• 2 to 5 years generalist -HRBP- level experience in Manufacturing environment.
• Advanced English

Responsibilities

• Supports to develop and deploy LR strategy in all locations.
• Advises, coordinates, and communicates labor strategy, initiatives and bargaining results to location management.
• Provides advice and support on LR, Employee Relations, Human Rights, and Responsible Value Chain.
• Coordinates LR network with local experts to share best practices.
• Supports location HR Manager and Plant Management on LR topics.
• Applies HR policies to ensure compliance with current practice and developments.
• Supports programs to ensure compliance with employment regulations.
• Participates in local labor negotiations as a representative in collective bargaining.
• Facilitates regular LR Network meetings.
• Responds with HR and external lawyers to legal issues such as complaints and discrimination.
