Job summary

Leggett Dynamics is seeking an HR Manager for our Automotive team. You will partner with local management to implement the People Excellence strategy, lead HR processes across the employee lifecycle, and act as the primary interface with unions.

This role requires a university degree in business administration with HR focus, plus 7+ years in industrial and international settings and 5+ years in union negotiations. You will drive engagement, talent development and workforce planning at the site.

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration with HR focus.
• Coaching certification is a plus.
• Experience in industrial & international business environment.
• Experience with union negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle and handle employee relations cases.
• Partner with local management to implement People Excellence strategies and improve management quality.
• Lead change management and foster a culture of recognition and engagement.
• Support labor regulations in cooperation with external attorneys and Corporate Legal as needed.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing workforce for the local organization.
• Lead local HR teams to ensure effective execution of initiatives.
