General Motors de México is seeking an on-site HR Generalist to support employees and leaders across the organization. You will deliver high-touch HR support, policy guidance, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will handle talent management, onboarding, coaching, and employee relations with a focus on engagement and retention. Advanced English is required, with flexibility to cover various shift patterns.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree: Administration, Industrial Engineer, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar position (automotive/manufacturing).
• Willingness to change shifts as required (4x3, 5x2, 6x1).
• English Level: Advanced.

• Create a high touch HR experience by supporting employees with questions, concerns, and engagement.
• Partner with employees and management to communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards, providing guidance.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Work with employees, Business HR, and managers to improve work relationships, morale, and productivity.
