Job summary

You will partner with the Plant Director and leadership team to drive workforce planning, organizational development, and employee relations across two shifts. You will lead a four-person HR team, ensure consistent HR processes, safety compliance, and a positive employee experience, while delivering workforce analytics and strategic recommendations to improve

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading HR teams.
• Experience supporting multi-shift operations.
• Strategic partner to Plant Directors and leadership teams.
• Strong knowledge of workforce planning, employee relations, training, performance management, and engagement.
• Labor compliance and safety program experience.
• Leadership, communication, analytical and change management skills.
• 90% spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coordinate the HR team, establishing priorities, objectives, and service standards.
• Partner with the Plant Director on workforce planning, structure, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, training, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement, internal communications, recognition programs, and culture initiatives.
• Coordinate occupational health, workplace safety, and labor law compliance.
• Manage HR service vendors, ensuring service quality and contract compliance.
• Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, headcount, training, safety, and engagement.
• Present workforce analytics and strategic recommendations to plant and corporate leadership.
