General Motors in Mexico is seeking an on-site HR professional to manage core HR and labor activities for a full-time position. The role involves partnering with employees and management to implement HR policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving engagement, performance, and retention across the organization.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Administration or Industrial Engineering, has 2–4 years of relevant experience, and is able to adapt to multiple shift patterns.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive/manufacturing sector.
• Shift flexibility (4x3, 5x2, 6x1) as required.
• English level: Advanced.

Responsabilidades

• Create a high-touch HR experience by supporting employees with questions and engagement.
• Communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations to employees and management.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with HR Policy consultant and legal department as needed.
• Improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention with employees and managers.
• Provide talent and performance management guidance to leaders (coaching, corrective actions).
• Support complex employee relations issues and investigations with Policy & Investigation COE.
