Medallia seeks an Engagement Manager to architect and oversee enterprise client relationships. You will deliver high-value Experience Management programs, coordinate a cross-functional team, and ensure ongoing ROI for key accounts.

You will partner with Account Executives to align delivery with business goals, manage the lifecycle of client programs, and advocate for client needs within Medallia.

Formación

• Experience leading enterprise client engagements and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate business goals into strategic XM programs.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead internal Medallia account team (Consultants, Insights Analysts, Support) to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to create and execute a strategic roadmap for XM programs.
• Own and manage multi-level client stakeholder relationships.
• Develop and manage project plans and coordinate tasks across teams.
• Monitor account health and platform adoption, driving actionable improvements.
• Advise clients on mining insights and turning signals into actions.
• Advocate for clients internally to maximize value and ROI.
