You will manage client relationships, scoping, budgets, and governance while coordinating cross-functional teams across deployments and business units. The role emphasizes strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to balance business and technical requirements in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional services, consulting, or program/project management experience.
• 3+ years managing complex technology implementations (Salesforce platform experience strongly preferred).
• Proven experience in project management with external client projects in software development, CRM and SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the overall leader of the project team and form the team with clear direction and motivation.
• Lead and oversee complex, enterprise projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and governance.
• Manage client relationships, scoping, risk and issue management, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, planning, and end-to-end implementation activities with cross-functional teams.
• Travel regionally and occasionally internationally as needed by customer engagements.
