Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Project Manager (Individual Contributor) to lead end-to-end, global Salesforce implementations with a strong customer focus.

You will apply agile methods, manage scope, budgets, and risk, and coordinate cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model (1 day onsite weekly). The role requires 10+ years in IT, 5+ years of Salesforce project delivery, and Salesforce certifications, plus PMP/Agile credentials.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total IT industry experience, including 5+ years delivering Salesforce projects.
• Experience with Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Industry Clouds.
• Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools; strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery & Financial Ownership: manage scope, timelines, risks, resources, and dependencies to protect margins.
• Agile Delivery Leadership: lead with Scrum/SAFe, drive sprints, backlog prioritization, and delivery predictability.
• Program Planning & Roadmap: develop integrated plans, provide transparency on progress, risk, and dependencies.
• Stakeholder & Executive Management: align stakeholders, provide governance reports and escalation when needed.
• Quality Governance & Delivery Excellence: enforce standards, track metrics, ensure continuous improvement.
• Resource & Budget Management: plan resources, manage budgets/forecasts, mitigate risks.
• AI-Enabled Productivity: adopt AI tools to improve team efficiency and cycles.
• Industry & Domain Expertise: lead complex digital transformations across CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Marketing, Tableau, ITSM.
• Schedule Flexibility: accommodate time zones for global customers.
