TE Connectivity is seeking a Customer Delivery Experience Advocate to ensure superior service across the end-to-end supply chain for strategic customers. This role interfaces with planning, customer service, and commercial teams to drive visibility, responsiveness, and continuous delivery improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering or related field.
• MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a multinational and high growth industry.
• Minimum 4 years in people management in a global environment.
• Proven liaison between sales, customer care and supply chain/planning teams.

Responsabilidades

• Advocate delivery experience for assigned strategic customers (e.g., Platinum accounts).
• Monitor delivery metrics (OTD, PDTD, LTE, LTA) and escalate risks proactively.
• Own the weekly CDX report process with timely insights and follow-up with planners.
• Collaborate with planning, factory, and distribution center teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Drive adoption of tools like Escalation App and Late Reason Code Program.
• Support implementation of customer segmentation logic and CVP-aligned service levels.
• Participate in QBRs and customer discussions to represent delivery performance.
• Identify process gaps and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
• Ensure documentation and knowledge sharing for scalable execution.
