TE Connectivity is seeking a Supply Chain Customer Care Specialist in Hermosillo, Sonora. You will act as the primary advocate for delivery experience across strategic customers, coordinating with planning, factories, and distribution centers to ensure on-time delivery and proactive issue resolution.

You will monitor key metrics, lead weekly reporting, and drive continuous improvement through segmentation logic and CVP-aligned service levels, working across time zones in a remote, globally

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• MBA or master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in multinational/high-growth industries.
• Minimum 4 years in people management in global teams.
• Experience liaising between sales, customer care, and supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Advocate for delivery experience for strategic customers.
• Monitor delivery metrics and escalate as needed.
• Own weekly CDX report process and coordinate with planners.
• Collaborate with planning, factory, and distribution centers to resolve issues.
• Drive adoption of the Escalation App and CVP service levels.
• Participate in QBRs and customer discussions.
• Identify process gaps and lead improvement initiatives.
• Document and share knowledge for scalable execution.
