TE Connectivity Ltd. invites a seasoned Manager, Customer Delivery Experience to lead the CDX organization, improving delivery outcomes for strategic customers. You will translate customer requirements into actionable supply chain strategies and guide a cross-functional team toward scalable, data-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes standardization, analytics, digital enablement, and executive communication to ensure delivery reliability and customer satisfaction across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or related field.
• Extensive experience in global matrix manufacturing and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge and issue resolution abilities.
• Experience with SAP and analytics tools (Power BI preferred).
• Fluency in English and ability to coordinate across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the CDX strategy aligned with priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop CDX Advocates and Customer Supply Managers.
• Own governance for delivery metrics and escalation thresholds.
• Drive cross-functional resolution of high-impact delivery risks.
• Standardize reporting and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
