Salesforce is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure high-value customers achieve a strong return on investment with the Signature Success Plan. The CSM acts as the customer’s trusted advisor, coordinating deliverables and aligning business and technical priorities.

You will drive adoption of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, manage risk, conduct quarterly reviews, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to align roadmaps with customer goals.

Formación

• Experience supporting MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• English proficiency required for global alignment.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure delivery of Signature deliverables and overall customer experience.
• Drive adoption of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and monitor usage metrics.
• Develop strategic success plans and maintain executive-level relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.
