Job summary

The role requires a Master’s degree or equivalent and extensive supervisory experience, with the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the customer organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales channel including direct, online, and retail; align with business goals.
• Develop channel sales strategies, set targets, monitor performance.
• Negotiate contracts with channel partners and provide training and support.
• Configure solutions and commercial terms to meet customer needs.
• Oversee pricing projects and negotiate terms with external partners.
• Ensure CRM system implementation and compliance across the area.
