Job summary

Montblanc is seeking a senior channel sales professional to manage and grow a multi-channel sales footprint in Monterrey and beyond. The role focuses on direct, online, and retail channels, developing strategies, and training partners to achieve targets.

The candidate will negotiate contracts, set pricing, monitor performance, and ensure CRM-driven relationships stay strong while supporting enterprise customers and partners in the Latin American region.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent level of education.
• Extensive experience enabling the job holder to handle the majority of situations and advise others.
• Experience in general supervision of more junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement channel sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and set sales targets.
• Manage relationships with channel partners and negotiate contracts.
• Oversee pricing, terms projects and relationships with external partners.
• Maintain CRM system and drive customer relationship improvements.
