Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 0–2 years in account support, client services, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client presentations and support account launches.
• Prepare and deliver informative service presentations to new EAP clients in Spanish and English.
• Drive account performance insights with usage and ROI reports.
• Assist onboarding and client retention activities with the Account Management team.
• Manage client information across company platforms and distribute marketing materials.
• Represent the team at client events and promotional activities.
• Support strategic tasks and coordinate cross-functional collaborations.
