Job summary

Monks is seeking an Account Director to own client relationships, drive commercial success, and manage high-touch operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead day-to-day client experience focusing on user-generated content, influencer ecosystems, and technical operations.

You will negotiate high-value scope, structure scalable teams, and partner with internal experts to ensure seamless execution across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management, commercial, or marketing experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record in managing influencer marketing ecosystems, UGC strategies, and digital product/content operations.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and a growth mindset with experience handling high-value client accounts/retainers.
• Hands-on experience managing project finances, budgets, SOWs, and revenue forecasting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term operational trust.
• Proficiency with digital productivity tools and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and provide strategic consult, acting as a trusted advisor and business partner.
• Lead day-to-day operations tailored to UGC campaigns, influencer management, and digital product operations.
• Manage commercial and financial end-to-end processes including contracts, budgets, and revenue tracking.
• Partner with clients on strategic briefs and lead client presentations to translate feedback into execution.
• Structure, build, and scale new client teams and workflows for evolving operations.
• Collaborate with internal experts to communicate project requirements and ensure seamless execution.
• Manage client approvals, ticketing systems, and documentation across platforms.
