Monks is seeking a Content Strategist for Creators to join our Strategy team and lead social programs for top-tier clients. You will shape influencer and creator strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, translating platform behavior into actionable campaigns.

You will work to build active communities through organic engagement and data-driven insights, while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver compelling brand outcomes.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in social media strategy with a focus on influencers, creators or community growth.
• Experience growing creator or brand profiles through organic engagement and community-building tactics.
• Strong understanding of how creative choices and platform mechanics shape content performance.
• Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube and their creator ecosystems.
• Understanding social culture, trends, and distinguishing meaningful shifts from buzzwords.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and integrating them into workflows.
• Strong research and strategic thinking; able to present complex challenges clearly.
• Experience building social performance reports and turning findings into actions.
• Concise, persuasive writing; ability to express ideas simply without losing strategy.
• Problem-solving mindset balancing big picture with detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate across teams and with clients.
• Experience in fashion and beauty industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own social strategy behind influencer and creator programs: define how profiles should evolve, how content can perform better, and which organic engagement tactics build active communities.
• Develop social-first campaigns and always-on recommendations that connect brand objectives with audience needs, creator strengths and platform-native behavior across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Role focus: strategy work; creator sourcing, initial contact, negotiation, contracting and day-to-day talent coordination sit with other specialist teams.
