Monks is seeking a skilled Social Media Strategist to lead organic growth and creator collaboration across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. You will plan, implement, and measure content strategies that drive engagement and business results.

You will work closely with Creative, Data, Paid Media, and Project Management teams to translate brand objectives into culture-driven campaigns and scalable workflows, leveraging AI where appropriate.

Formación

• Experience developing organic growth and community-building strategies.
• Experience working strategically with creators and their content.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest, including their formats, codes, audiences, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
• A highly organized and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with social media management, analytics, and social listening tools.
• Experience integrating AI into strategic workflows, with the curiosity and judgment to explore new applications as the technology evolves.
• Background in Marketing, Communications or related fields.
• 3 years of proven experience in social media strategy or a related role.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and meet business objectives.
• A background in fashion and/or beauty is preferred.
• Certifications or training in relevant social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Content Planning: develop and oversee content calendars, campaigns, and deliverables, ensuring strategic consistency, quality, and attention to detail throughout the process.
• Organic Growth Strategy: develop strategies to increase the reach, relevance, and engagement of brand channels and creator profiles, building active communities over time.
• Innovation and Experimentation: explore emerging technologies and new approaches to content and creator development, identifying how they can unlock opportunities for storytelling, community building, and growth.
• Team Guidance: work along the Creative team and Community Managers, ensuring their efforts align with strategic objectives.
• Community Intelligence: analyze audience behaviors, interests, and conversations to identify opportunities for content, participation, and growth.
• Performance and Optimization: define and track organic growth and content performance KPIs, turning data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Trends and Opportunities: monitor cultural, category, and platform trends, assessing their relevance for the brand and each creator.
• Platform Strategy: translate brand objectives into tailored approaches for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest, considering the distinct formats, codes, and audience behaviors of each platform.
• Collaborative Work: collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data, Paid Media, Creative, and Project Management to execute comprehensive strategies and achieve collective goals.
