Monks is seeking an Associate Director of Strategy to lead brand and social strategy for global client work, translating business challenges into clear direction and creative briefs. You will guide influencer and creator marketing, mentor junior strategists, and establish measurement frameworks across campaigns.

This role requires 8+ years of experience and strong client-facing skills. Fluency in English is essential, and a Marketing or Communications degree is preferred.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in brand, communications or social strategy.
• Proven ability to develop brand platforms and social strategies.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring juniors.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
