As the store’s CEO, you’ll shape business plans, coordinate events, and foster strong customer relationships while maintaining professional standards and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, service and operational targets.

• Drive in-store marketing and customer relationship initiatives to boost performance.
• Build and maintain an extensive internal network to support store goals.
