The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Counter Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Associates in Monterrey. You will drive sales, service quality, and operational excellence, while coaching staff to reach their full potential.

In this role you will create agile business plans, recruit and retain customers through events, and manage customer relationships to build loyalty and sustained results. This is a hands-on leadership position in a prestigious beauty brand environment.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop the team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, service and operational targets.
• Create and execute agile business plans to recruit and retain customers through in-store events and CRM.
• Drive customer relationship management and high performance through coaching and accountability.
• Collaborate with store leadership to ensure consistent execution of brand standards and store goals.
