Job summary

Lululemon is seeking a Key Leader to join the store leadership team. This role guides Educators, supports guest experiences, and oversees all floor operations, leveraging KPIs to prioritize tasks and adapt to daily store challenges.

You will lead by example, coach the team, plan salesfloor coverage, support in-store transactions and omnichannel programs, and ensure a respectful, inclusive environment that welcomes guests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico and meet local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead salesfloor team with planning coverage and ensure efficiency.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Educators; document performance.
• Provide technical product education and support omnichannel services (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store).
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business, team, and guest needs.
