Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Mexico seeks a Key Leader to guide the salesfloor team, elevate guest experiences, and oversee all store operations. You will lead by example, coach Educators, and use KPIs to prioritize daily tasks and respond to changing business needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide salesfloor leadership, plan coverage, and optimize store operations.
• Coach Educators with feedback, mentoring, and performance documentation to drive growth.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by understanding needs and resolving issues.
• Educate customers on product value and benefits, supporting omnichannel programs.
• Maintain a welcoming, inclusive team environment and collaborate with colleagues to meet goals.
• Review data and metrics to adjust plans, and manage opening/closing duties and floor presentation.
