Lululemon Athletica in Querétaro invites a Key Leader to guide the salesfloor, support Educators, and elevate guest experiences daily. You will lead by example, manage store operations, and use KPIs to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining the luxury store environment.

You will mentor teammates, drive collaboration, oversee product presentation, and ensure safety and policy compliance, delivering exceptional service and supporting omnichannel programs.

Formación

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Right to Work and local regulatory requirements (EMEA only)
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation

Responsabilidades

• Provide salesfloor leadership by planning coverage and ensuring efficient operations.
• Coach and mentor team members; provide feedback, recognition and career development guidance.
• Deliver technical product education and assist in store transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Review data and metrics to assess progress toward goals and adjust as needed.
• Open/close the store per checklists and maintain a safe, luxury environment.
