Job summary

Lululemon Athletica is seeking a Key Leader in Quintana Roo to guide the salesfloor team, support Educators, and elevate guest experiences daily. You will lead by example, monitor KPIs, and ensure smooth store operations while coaching teammates and upholding brand standards.

The role emphasizes planning coverage, providing product education, coordinating omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store, phone sales), and maintaining an inclusive, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the store’s country.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail leadership experience preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Provide salesfloor leadership, planning coverage and efficient operations.
• Coach Educators, give feedback, and support career growth.
• Deliver technical product education and resolve guest issues.
• Engage in omnichannel programs (buy online / pickup in store, ship from store).
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and strong guest service.
