You will lead by example, manage daily operations, monitor metrics, and support omnichannel programs like buy online pickup in store and ship from store to ensure guest satisfaction.

This role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and a commitment to inclusion, integrity, and teamwork.

Formación

• Retail leadership experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience: 1 year of retail/sales leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the salesfloor team with coaching and feedback.
• Ensure an outstanding guest experience and resolve guest issues.
• Monitor store operations, inventory presentation, and adherence to policies.
