Clara is seeking a Staff Engineer to provide senior IC technical leadership across the organization. You will shape architecture, raise engineering standards, and mentor engineers while continuing to contribute production code.

You will own cross-team system design, drive reliability and security, and participate in RFCs. This builder-first role requires hands-on delivery and collaboration with leaders on platform investments.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software engineering, including senior/lead IC experience on complex systems.
• Deep expertise in backend or frontend tech with cross-team impact and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong testing culture and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Cross-team architecture; drive design for initiatives spanning pods and services.
• Set and model engineering standards for code quality, testing, observability, and secure design.
• Partner with Engineering Directors and leaders on sequencing, tech debt, and platform investments.
