Clara (Financial Software) in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer for the Integrations team. You will design and build integrations, pipelines, and APIs connecting Clara's platform to ERPs, banks, and enterprise systems across Latin America.

You will own internal tooling and client‑facing interfaces, and use AI to accelerate delivery while mentoring junior engineers and maintaining high standards. This role blends backend strength with frontend work when needed.

Formación

• 5+ years of backend software development experience with 1–2 years across the full stack.
• Strong software architecture and system design skills; scalable and fault‑tolerant systems.
• Proficiency in backend languages; primary stack Java/Spring Boot.
• Frontend knowledge in React.
• Experience using AI tools across the development process (e.g., Claude, Devin, n8n).
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Working proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain backend integrations with payment processors, ERP platforms, and financial providers across Latin America.
• Architect scalable, secure, and observable services handling sensitive financial data.
• Build and own frontend interfaces for internal tooling and dashboards.
• Use AI tools to automate engineering workflows, accelerate delivery, and close skill gaps.
• Set the technical bar through code reviews, architectural input, and hands‑on mentorship.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data to translate complex integration requirements into reliable solutions.
• Identify and tackle tech debt that creates operational risk or slows the team down.
