Clara is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to lead the Internal Developer Platform, standardize CI/CD, and optimize costs across AWS while ensuring multi-country production workloads (MX/CO/BR). You will shape security, governance and incident response, mentoring teams and advancing our AI-enabled insights.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong Kubernetes on EKS, Kafka/MSK experience, and a bias for secure, scalable architectures in fintech environments.
Formación
- 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE in fintech or regulated settings.
- Hands-on Kubernetes on AWS EKS, multi-region operations and scaling.
- Experience with Kafka/MSK, CI/CD standardization, and IDP concepts.
- Secure infrastructure design, IAM, SSDLC, and cost optimization.
Responsabilidades
- Lead Internal Developer Platform design, adoption, and CI/CD standardization.
- Design FinOps strategy across AWS and tooling for cost efficiency.
- Operate Kubernetes on EKS for multi-country workloads (MX/CO/BR).
- Support event-driven architecture with Kafka/MSK and RCA automation.
- Mentor teams, enforce security practices, and drive audits/compliance.
