Clara is seeking an Engineering Director to lead and scale our software organization as we build the next generation fintech platform in Latin America. You will recruit and grow multiple engineering teams, shape technical strategy, ensure reliability, security, and AI-driven product development, and partner with Product, Design, Data, Security, Risk, and Compliance.

Formación

• Extensive experience building and operating large-scale production systems.
• Proven track record leading multiple teams in fast-growth tech environments.
• Strong cloud, DevOps, and modern software engineering practices in AI-first contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, lead and scale engineering teams.
• Develop leaders and grow senior engineers.
• Shape engineering strategy with product and business leaders.
• Drive scale, balance speed with quality and reliability.
