Clara is seeking a seasoned People Partner to lead the people strategy for our Global Engineering and Data teams. You will bridge business goals with people success, advising leadership, and balancing strategic development with hands-on talent attraction to sustain a fast-paced culture.

You will partner with Engineering leadership to define talent needs, own the recruitment lifecycle, and support managers with performance metrics and feedback. This hybrid role spans LatAm operations.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in People Partner, HRBP, or Talent Acquisition roles.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced environments (startups, scale-ups, or high-growth tech).
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Identify talent needs with Engineering leadership and develop integrated attraction and retention solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment and selection process for Engineering and Data units, from profile definition to final offer.
• Provide consultative support to managers on people management, KPIs, and feedback.
• Develop and execute Employer Branding strategies to attract local talent that resonates with Clara's culture and pace.
• Manage HR performance indicators and People Analytics via BambooHR and other tools.
• Participate in organizational development projects to improve the employee experience and inclusivity.
• Stay updated with regional market trends to implement talent innovations.
