Clara is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to own authentication and identity across the platform, from design to integration with Auth0, ensuring secure, cohesive frontend and backend communication.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, own delivering end-to-end auth features, and uphold high-quality standards while exploring AI tooling to accelerate work. This role offers hybrid work in a fast-growing Latin American fintech environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in production environments.
• 2+ years hands-on experience implementing authentication/authorization with Auth0 or similar.
• Strong backend with Java/Spring and frontend with React preferred.
• Understanding of web security best practices and secure software design.
• Technical product mindset balancing velocity with security constraints.
• High autonomy and ownership mindset; proactive problem solvers.
• Interest in AI and applying tools to day-to-day work.

Responsabilidades

• Own auth end-to-end: architecture, implementation, and Auth0 integration across frontend and backend.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team — sprint planning, standups, retros.
• Mentor peers and share knowledge to raise the bar.
• Set and uphold quality through code/design reviews.
• Review specs from a technical lens, flag feasibility gaps and AI tooling opportunities.
