Clara Lending Co. is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join the Integrations team. You will design and build backend integrations with ERP, banks, and payment processors across Latin America, while also owning frontend tooling when needed.

AI fluency is central to the role, enabling faster delivery and smarter automation. You’ll mentor junior engineers, contribute to architecture, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Data to translate complex requirements into reliable solutions across

Formación

• 5+ years of backend software development, with full-stack experience.
• Strong architecture and system design skills; scalable systems.
• Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot and frontend React knowledge.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools across the development lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain backend integrations with processors and ERP systems across LATAM.
• Architect scalable, secure services with observability for financial data.
• Build frontend interfaces for internal tooling and dashboards when needed.
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate delivery.
• Provide code reviews and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data to translate requirements into solutions.
• Identify and reduce technical debt to minimize risk.
