Clara is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer for their Onboarding team in Mexico. You'll design and build backend services while also contributing to the front end, owning features from start to finish.

This role requires strong experience in Java and Spring, and the ability to work with regulatory compliance across Latin America. You'll thrive in a high-ownership culture, directly affecting Clara's expansion in the region.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in production environments.
• Strong foundation in Java and Spring ecosystem for robust backend services.
• Experience in architecting scalable, distributed systems and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Redis for data management.
• Building and securing RESTful APIs, comfortable with async patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Mentoring engineers and raising best practices.
