Danfoss in Reynosa, Mexico, is seeking a Sr Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the Business Unit, aligning with customer requirements and strategic objectives. You’ll drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and Productivity while guiding cross-functional teams.

You’ll coach leadership teams, execute capacity expansion and process improvements, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to deliver sustainable growth and lean operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Proven experience leading manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, or related functions.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including budgets and cost optimization.
• Proven track record in operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Business Unit, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, business priorities, and operational objectives.


• Drive performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and Productivity metrics while leading corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Partner with Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operational Quality teams to optimize operational performance and deliver business results.


• Execute strategic initiatives including capacity expansion, process improvements, product transfers, equipment implementation, and operational transformation projects.


• Develop and coach leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

What We\'re Looking For

• Bachelor\’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.


• Proven experience leading manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, or related functions within a manufacturing environment.


• Strong business and financial acumen, including experience managing operational budgets, cost optimization initiatives, CAPEX investments, and performance metrics.


• Demonstrated success driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, strategic execution, and cross-functional collaboration.


• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, with strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
