Danfoss in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and foster continuous improvement. You will empower frontline staff, manage KPIs, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to achieve business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 3+ years of leadership in manufacturing, and the ability to work rotating shifts.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years leading manufacturing or operations teams.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Safety, SPC, Continuous Improvement, and Quality Management.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead manufacturing teams to achieve production goals while delivering strong performance in safety, quality, productivity, cost, and employee engagement.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on on-time delivery, labor optimization, scrap reduction, and operational efficiency.
  • Coach, develop, and support team members to enhance skills, build flexibility, and strengthen overall team performance.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, conduct process checks, and ensure adherence to standard work practices and performance expectations.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, safety, and positive employee relations across all shifts and operations.
