Danfoss GmbH in Reynosa seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, align with customer needs, and drive performance across safety, quality, and cost. You will partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to implement improvements and pursue strategic initiatives, influencing business outcomes and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience leading manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, or related functions within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including budgets, cost optimization, CAPEX, and performance metrics.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Business Unit, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, business priorities, and operational objectives.
• Drive performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and Productivity metrics while leading corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operational Quality teams to optimize operational performance and deliver business results.
• Execute strategic initiatives including capacity expansion, process improvements, product transfers, equipment implementation, and operational transformation projects.
• Develop and coach leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, or related functions within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including experience managing operational budgets, cost optimization initiatives, CAPEX investments, and performance metrics.
• Demonstrated success driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, strategic execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, with strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills.
