Danfoss in Reynosa, Mexico, is seeking a Sr Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the Business Unit, aligning with customer requirements and strategic objectives. You’ll drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and Productivity while guiding cross-functional teams.

You’ll coach leadership teams, execute capacity expansion and process improvements, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to deliver sustainable growth and lean operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Proven experience leading manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, or related functions.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including budgets and cost optimization.
• Proven track record in operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Business Unit, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and objectives.
• Drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and Productivity metrics with corrective actions.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operational Quality teams to optimize performance.
• Execute capacity expansion, process improvements, product transfers, and transformation projects.
• Develop and coach leadership teams fostering accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
