Danfoss GmbH in Reynosa, MX is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee material planning, production planning, inventory management, and customer order fulfillment on site.

You will collaborate with Purchasing, Production Planning, Operations, and Manufacturing teams to optimize supplier performance, inventory levels, and on-time delivery.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and proven supply chain leadership; English and Spanish fluency are essential.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
  • Proven experience in supply chain, purchasing, or production planning in manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with SAP and inventory management processes.
  • Strong Excel, Power BI, and analytical capabilities.

Responsabilidades

  • Supervise daily supply chain operations to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate purchasing and supplier activities to resolve shortages and delays.
  • Align production schedules with capacity needs and customer delivery priorities.
  • Monitor KPIs such as supplier performance and inventory levels to drive decisions.
  • Lead continuous improvement in supply chain processes and changes.

The Impact You'll Make

As our Supply Chain Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain operations by coordinating material planning, production planning, inventory management, and customer order fulfillment. You will help drive operational continuity and customer satisfaction by aligning supply chain activities with business priorities and delivery commitments.

Your impact? You will help improve supplier performance, optimize inventory levels, and strengthen on-time delivery results while supporting efficient operations and proactive supply chain decision-making. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, operational stability, and business performance.

You’ll collaborate with Purchasing, Production Planning, Operations, Suppliers, Customer Service, and Manufacturing teams, taking ownership of material flow, planning coordination, KPI performance, and supply chain improvements, helping us move toward a more efficient and customer-focused future.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supervise daily supply chain operations to ensure material availability, uninterrupted production flow, and alignment with customer demand.
  • Coordinate purchasing and supplier activities to resolve shortages, delivery delays, and supply chain disruptions while supporting monthly business targets.
  • Collaborate with Production Planning and Operations teams to align production schedules, capacity needs, and customer delivery priorities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including supplier performance, on-time delivery, inventory levels, and past due orders to support operational decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to supply chain processes, inventory optimization, and support for new product introductions and engineering changes.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain, purchasing, production planning, or supply chain leadership roles within manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with SAP, inventory management, production planning, and supply chain processes in multinational operations.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Power BI, Access, and PowerPoint, with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish with strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
