AIRBUS HELICOPTERS MEXICO QUERETARO, S.A. DE C.V. seeks a Skilled Specialized Trainer to develop and deliver staff training, aligned with Airbus strategies and local regulations.

You will lead training programs, ensure safety culture, and manage certification processes to support professional growth across the organization. Candidates bring over 2 years in aeronautical processes, strong organizational skills, and the ability to articulate concepts clearly.

Formación

• More than 2 years of experience in aeronautical processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to express and conceptualize ideas clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure completion of the staff training process (Preparation, Initiation, Development, and Closure).
• Promote a safety culture during training and prevent accidents in the training area.
• Provide information on KPIs (SQCDP) to maintain and improve training quality.
• Implement staff certification and training plans.
• Maintain training rooms in good condition following 5S guidelines.
• Maintain records of training provided both within and outside the company.
• Administer training satisfaction surveys.
• Monitor staff training and certification needs.

As a Specialized Trainer you will develop and deliver training to staff to contribute to the professional development of human capital aligned with Airbus' strategy and objectives, as well as local STPS regulations.

• Ensure the completion of the staff training process (Preparation, Initiation, Development, and Closure).
• Promote a safety culture during training and prevent accidents in the training area.
• Provide information on the status of KPIs (SQCDP) to maintain and improve training quality.
• Implement staff certification and training plans.
• Maintain training rooms in good condition following 5S guidelines.
• Ensure adequate inventory of training materials and tools.
• Develop and update internal and external training and certification programs.
• Maintain records of training provided both within and outside the company.

• Keep the physical and digital documentation of the training area organized.
• Monitor staff training and certification needs.
