Airbus Helicopters Mexico Querétaro is seeking an Operational & Technical Competence Coordinator to lead and develop staff training, aligning programs with the Airbus strategy and local STPS regulations. You will drive professional growth and ensure safety culture across the training function.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, trainer certifications, strong English, and clear communication, plus a analytical mindset to evaluate training outcomes and optimize resources.

• Bachelor degree or Engineering background required.
• Train the trainer courses or certifications preferred.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical mindset for evaluating training outcomes.
• Ability to develop and deliver staff training aligned with strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain safety culture in the Training area.
• Follow up on KPIs to maintain and improve training quality.
• Keep staff certification process updated.
• Control and improve Training Rooms and tools.
• Manage material inventories and Training tools.
• Evaluate internal and external training and certification programs.
• Plan and operate the Training budget in line with Airbus codes of conduct.

As an Operational & Technical Competence Coordinator ] you will Lead and manage staff training to contribute to their professional development aligned with the Airbus strategy and its objectives, as well as local STPS regulations.

Key Responsibilties:

• 1- Maintain the safety culture in the Training area
• 2- Follow up on KPIs to maintain and improve the quality of the training provided
• 3- Keep the staff certification process updated
• 4- Control and improvement of Training Rooms
• 5- Control of material inventories and Training tools
• 6- Evaluation of internal and external training and certification programs
• 7- Operate and plan the Training budget in accordance with the Airbus codes of conduct
