Airbus Helicopters Mexico Queretaro seeks a Specialized Trainer to develop and deliver staff training in alignment with Airbus strategy and local regulations. You will oversee certification programs, maintain resources, and promote safety and continuous improvement within the training area.

The role requires over 2 years in aeronautical processes, strong organizational and coaching skills, and the ability to articulate concepts clearly to staff and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the completion of the staff training process (Preparation, Initiation, Development, and Closure).
• Promote a safety culture during training and prevent accidents in the training area.
• Provide information on KPIs (SQCDP) to maintain and improve training quality.
• Implement staff certification and training plans.
• Maintain training rooms in good condition following 5S guidelines.
• Ensure adequate inventory of training materials and tools.
• Develop and update internal and external training and certification programs.
• Maintain records of training provided both within and outside the company.
• Promote company values in all activities.
• Keep the physical and digital documentation of the training area organized.
• Administer training satisfaction surveys.
• Monitor staff training and certification needs.

As a Specialized Trainer you will develop and deliver training to staff to contribute to the professional development of human capital aligned with Airbus' strategy and objectives, as well as local STPS regulations.
