Airbus Helicopters Mexico Querétaro, S.A. de C.V. seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production of programmed parts while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and cost targets. The role emphasizes strong leadership and a commitment to process discipline within a large-scale aerospace environment.

You will guide a production team, uphold company standards, and coordinate with multiple departments to maintain efficient and compliant manufacturing operations in the Querétaro facility.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of GD&T and interpretation of drawings.
• Knowledge and use of personal protective equipment in operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manufacture all parts programmed to production while ensuring compliance with required standards.
• Ensure delivery, quality and product cost targets; uphold safety and company objectives.
• Lead the team and embody Airbus values, prioritizing quality and process discipline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes.

Manufacture all the parts programmed to production, ensuring at all times full compliance with the required standards, as well the full achievement of company mission, safety objectives, delivery’s, quality & product cost defined for the business. Ensure, through their leadership, the culture and values of Airbus, especially the fact that the quality and processes of the products are the priority of the company.

Requirements

• +5 years of experience in similar position
