Airbus Helicopters Mexico Querétaro, S.A. DE C.V. seeks an Assembly Supervisor to lead the assembly of all programmed doors at AHMQ while maintaining safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience in assembly production lines, knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, and familiarity with SAP for transferring operations to a new site.

• Engineering with 2–4 years of experience in leading and managing assembly production lines.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience transferring products and production to a new location, including scale-up and stabilization with SAP.

As an Assembly Supervisor you will…. Assemble all programmed doors at AHMQ assuring at any time the full compliance with the required standards and the full accomplishment of the business mission and objectives in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost in a self-sustaining and continuous improvement manner. In this way, the Structural Assembly Supervisor actively contributes to achieve the objectives of shareholders, customers, employees and in general all stakeholders related to AHMQ production activities.

Requirements:

• Engineering +2 to 4 years leading and managing assembly production lines of relevant technologies and products
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
• Previous experience in transferring products and production to a new location, including its increase and stabilization SAP
